I love capturing the joy and excitement of couples who are expecting a baby. It's such a special time in their lives, and I feel honored to be a part of it. That's why I was thrilled when this gorgeous couple contacted me for a 'we are expecting' shoot.
They wanted to include their adorable sight hound, Marlot, in the photos, as he is very much a part of the family and gets included in everything. I thought that was such a sweet idea, and I was looking forward to meeting her.
We met at a beautiful park, where the sun was shining and the flowers were blooming. The couple wore matching outfits in soft pastel colors, and Marlot brought her A game. They looked so happy and in love, and Marlot was so well-behaved and friendly.
We had a lot of fun taking photos in different spots and poses. We captured some candid moments of them playing with Marlot, cuddling with each other. We also took some more formal shots of them holding hands, kissing, and looking at the camera. They were naturals in front of the lens, and their smiles were contagious.
I'm so happy with how the photos turned out. They reflect the love, joy, and anticipation that this couple and their fur baby share.
